• Experience across performance testing life cycle: scoping, requirement gathering, strategy, estimation, scripting, execution, monitoring, bottleneck analysis • Experience in performance testing of Web application/WebServices/multithreaded web and server applications • Experience in Automation testing using both keyword and data driven frameworks • Good knowledge of web server (Apache Tomcat, IBM HTTP Server, Weblogic) • Good knowledge of at least one scripting language like VbScript or Basic or any other • Understanding of web protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, and DNS • Understanding of networking and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, jsp, asp, Flash, etc. • Knowledge of web page composition (static vs. dynamic elements, browser behavior, etc.) • Knowledge of SQL queries to run tests on DB driven applications • Tools: • Experience in any or multiple performance testing tools e.g. HP LoadRunner / HP Diagnostics / SiteScope/JMeter/ j

• Excellent communications skills • Good understanding of ITIL processes • In depth understanding of the payments industry and transaction flows with the role played by issuers, acquirers and payment associations • Hands on experience of 4 to 6 years on any of the payment switches (Preferably Postilion) • Expertise on ISO 8583 (1987 or 1993), with good understanding of data elements, message formats and response codes (Exposure to EMV and EMV tags will be an added plus) • Exposure to development/testing projects on any of the switches

• Should have minimum 3 years of experience in VisionPLUS Testing. • VisionPLUS testing expertise in any one of the modules – CMS, FAS, CTA, MBS, TRAMS AG. • Should possess excellent functional knowledge of Credit Cards Business • Should have done at least 2 projects in System Integration Testing • Should have good expertise in creating test plans and writing test scripts. • Exposure to compliance work is an added advantage • Exposure to automation tools like Winrunner, QTP, Hyperstation is an added advantage • Excellent communication capabilities and good English are required for this position
